Please don’t embarrass yourself, they don’t need your permission to video record you if they are in public.

The Supreme Court has ruled several times that if the person recording is in a place they are legal to be at they can record “anything the eye can see”. For some reason people assume people cannot record them without their permission. This is not true as long as the person recording is legal where they are, such as standing on a public sidewalk etc. This is absolute!! The FIrst Amendment rights are absolute!! Even if you “feel uncomfortable with someone recording you.” The Supreme Court has also ruled that Freedom of the Press cannot be “criminalized”. Again, “anything the eye can see”, that includes into windows.
